As we expand, we're looking for multiple Casual Production Workers, Quality Assurance, Batch Controller, Forklift Operators, Ticketing and Labelling. to join us on this exciting journey and play a pivotal role in the future of Rombola Family Farms team based across either our Douglas-Daly or Mataranka farms.
Position: Casual Production Workers, Quality Assurance, Batch Controller, Forklift Operators, Ticketing and Labelling.
The season will commence on early January 2026 until April 2026 with potential extension.
To be successful in this role you will possess the following:
* Previous farm and production/warehouse experience is an advantage.
* Current Driver's License and transport.
* Current MC licence
* Forklift Licence and experience
* Flexibility to work extended hours during peak periods, including weekends and public holidays.
* Immediate availability to start work.
* Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with a can-do attitude.
* Willing to stay for the whole harvest period.
* Evidence of work rights.
* Awareness and ability to adhere to WHS requirements.
* Team player who can work effectively with people from different backgrounds.
