About the Role
As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for creating exceptional customer experiences through personalized service and product knowledge. This includes maintaining a well-stocked store environment, supporting peak trade periods, and participating in visual merchandising and promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver outstanding customer service by actively engaging with customers and responding to their needs
* Assist with restocking shelves, maintaining visual displays, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment
* Support the team during peak trade periods, including weekends and public holidays
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain store standards
