About the RoleAs the Financial Controller, you will oversee the financial and administrative functions across several key business sites.
You'll take ownership of accurate reporting, budgeting, and compliance, while providing valuable insights to senior management to guide strategic decision-making.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll manage and mentor finance teams, drive performance, and ensure strong internal controls and sound financial management across the group.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee month-end reporting and ensure accuracy and compliance
Lead budgeting and forecasting processes
Manage cash flow, payroll, and working capital
Drive process improvements and financial accountability across teams
Provide strategic financial insights to senior leadership

Skills & Qualifications
A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
CPA or CA qualification (or equivalent)
Proven experience leading finance teams and managing end-to-end financial operations
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solutions-focused mindset
Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to influence decision-making
