Applications are invited for an exciting opportunity to join our team as Administration Coordinator.

The role is full time based in Canberra and peporting to the Membership Experience Manager, the Administration Coordinator be responsible for coordination and administration support within the Products and Commercial Delivery group. To succeed in this role you will have previous experience in administration support roles as well as high level interpersonal, communication, organisation and time management skills.

The core business of PSA is practice improvement in pharmacy by providing continuing professional development and practice support, in order to improve the health of Australians.

**Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Triage and manage inbound enquiries for the Member Services Section and the General Manager, Product and Commercial Delivery.
- Assist in membership conversion administration including data entry & management in accordance with business rules and reporting to support the Member Services Team.
- Manage the ACT office reception including sign ins, sign outs, courier deliveries (mail in and out), book sales and queries.
- Coordinate and prepare meeting packs for committees and meetings.
- Manage and organise Product and Commercial Delivery Executive calendar, workflow and appointments.
- Organisation of travel and finance for the General Manager, Product and Commercial Delivery.
- Providing support to Committees and Communities of Specialty Interest, including coordination and drafting of some meeting papers.
- Assist in coordinating member engagement in the ACT.

**About You**
- Demonstrated experience in administration support roles with a high attention to detail.
- High level interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Excellent administration, organisation and time management skills including the ability to prioritise and multitask to deliver required outcomes with required timeframes, whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to be an effective team member as well work independently.
- Sound IT skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrated ability to show initiative and identify opportunities for process improvement **.**
