Position Site Quality Manager Company Principal Contractor Project $mulit-billion infrastructure project Location FIFO from Brisbane Salary $240 - $280k TFR Opportunities Work for a principal contractor on a major infrastructure projectSite-based roles with camp accommodation2+ years of work remaining Responsibilities of the Site Quality Manager: Collaborate with the site installation team to ensure work is completed safely, according to quality standards, customer requirements, schedule, and budget.Ensure all QA/QC inspections and testing are performed in accordance with the Quality Plan and assist with inspections as per Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), securing necessary resources and coordinating tests by specialized service providers (e.g., NDTs).Perform site audits and inspections.Develop and implement the site quality plan aligned with the contract and company policy, fostering a commitment to quality within the site team.Apply strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and customer regulatory requirements. Relevant Experience Required: University educational background in QA/QC & certification as per quality standards.Qualifications in welding inspection, such as AWS/ASNT certifications, CSWIP, or similar.Previous experience in a senior/management-level position.Strong knowledge of welding processes, codes, standards, and best practices; IWE qualification is preferred.Proven experience working with QA/QC systems aligned with ISO 9001.Extensive experience in Hydro Power Plant construction projects or the oil and gas sector.For any questions about this role, please call Josh at .
