Overview
This unique building industry provider is expanding and looking for a Full-Time Reception within the Insurance Building Sector. The role is based in Bendigo, and the primary objective of the position will be to manage all of the day-to-day duties and responsibilities of the front reception area and to provide administrative support to all areas of the business.
As the Receptionist you would be involved in liaising with multiple internal and external stakeholders including property owners, Insurers and Loss Adjusters, delivering a high level of customer service.
Responsibilities
Answering all inbound calls and assisting with enquiries where able or transfer through to relevant person if unable to assist.
Taking messages if staff member is not available.
Outbound calls as required to fulfill daily tasks.
Articulate professional written and verbal correspondence to stakeholders and third parties.
General errands and ad-hoc administrative duties as required in a busy office.
Preparing office for monthly Director's meeting as required.
Greeting guests on arrival.
Order office stationery and hardware as required.
Assist Repair Coordination Team as requested by Management.
Requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good computer skills and the ability to use multiple systems at once.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work in a fast paced, high-volume office environment.
Previous experience in a reception / administration role is desired.
Initiative and can-do attitude is a must.
An extremely competitive remuneration package including a laptop is available to the right candidate.
