A unique opportunity is on offer to join our select team as a part-time Property Manager, working under a name the Geelong community trusts.
The Role
The Property Manager will oversee, on a 'job share' basis, a well managed, boutique portfolio of properties, liaising directly with property owners, tenants and other industry affiliates to negotiate the best possible outcomes for our clients.
At Wilsons we understand the importance of providing internal support and that there's only a certain number of properties that can be managed effectively by a single property manager before quality service and advice becomes compromised. The role requires the following;
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners and tenants
* Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and industry standards
* Property leasing and quality tenant selection
* Lease renewals and rent reviews
* Coordinate contractors, managing maintenance/repairs for properties
* Conduct routine and entry/exit inspections
* Hours Monday - Wednesday 9.00am - 5.30pm
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
* Must have property management experience
* Minimum 3-5 years of property management experience is required
* Hold Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
* Strong knowledge of property management legislation
* Ability to prioritise and manage your time effectively
* Excellent communication and problem solving skills
* A proactive approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
* Current drivers license and own car
