LGE is seeking an Administration Officer to join our team in a key support role. This position offers an opportunity to work closely with the Directors, Office Manager, and Operations team while contributing to the continued success of the business.

About The Role

Reporting to the Office Manager, the Office Administration will provide essential administrative and operational support to the business. This role plays a vital part in ensuring daily office functions run smoothly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

· Job creation, processing, and administration support

· Invoicing and purchase order management

· Client and supplier liaison

· Managing phone calls and emails

· Supporting the operations team

· Financial administration, reconcile accounts, send invoices, process payments, payroll

· Maintaining accurate records, portals, inductions and documentation

· Assisting with compliance and internal procedures

This role is suited to someone who is organised, reliable, and enjoys working in a structured, team-focused environment. You will be supported with internal training and processes to help you succeed and grow within the business.

About You

You will have previous experience in an administration or office support role, ideally within a service-based or trade environment. You are organised, reliable, and take pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple tasks at once, and remain calm under pressure. With a friendly and professional manner, you communicate well with colleagues, clients, and suppliers and are always willing to lend a hand where needed.

LGE is looking for someone who is proactive, detail-focused, and eager to learn. You will enjoy working as part of a close-knit team and take ownership of your responsibilities. You will have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a genuine interest in contributing to the ongoing success of the business.

The Musts

● Previous experience in an administration or office support role
● Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with a customer-focused approach
● Excellent organisational and time-management skills
● Ability to prioritise tasks, multitask, and work well under pressure
● High attention to detail and accuracy
● Dependable, reliable, and professional in presentation and conduct
● Good computer literacy and confidence using business systems
● Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office
● Experience using SimPro and Xero (preferred but not essential)
● Willingness to learn and contribute to team success
