Job Title: Technical IT Expert
This is a highly skilled position that requires in-depth knowledge of system administration and technical support.
The selected candidate will provide level 3 business-as-usual (BAU) support services for critical ICT systems, working with project teams to prepare and implement solution designs.
Key responsibilities include providing specialist skills, taking ownership of one or more technologies, supporting other system administrators by providing backup support, and leading the level 3 support of one or more technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* a minimum 5+ years of providing administration and level-3 support of ICT systems.
* high-level ICT skills in Microsoft Dynamics CRM administration (Microsoft Dynamics on-premises and Dynamics 365).
* high-level ICT skills in Microsoft Active Directory Federated Services (v4 and later) and Azure EntraId administration, in particular to manage Single Sign-On configuration between partner agencies and TLS/SSL certificate renewals.
* high-level ICT skills in Microsoft Azure administration, in particular to manage Devops releases and integration connector services.
* a current NV1 security clearance or higher
