As a client-facing specialist, the CSM is responsible for establishing and maintaining exceptional customer relationships, while coordinating with brokers, lenders, and internal teams to ensure a seamless home lending experience.Working closely with our Investment Lending Managers (ILMs), the CSM will support the delivery of lending solutions and whole-of-wallet sales outcomes.
