Join our Risk & Compliance team and help shape a culture of integrity, accountability, and proactive risk management at The Lottery Corporation. As a Senior Risk and Compliance Assurance Analyst, you'll play a key role in delivering assurance across critical business areas, driving compliance outcomes, and supporting informed strategic decision-making.
What You'll Do
Perform risk-based testing and monitoring of key controls and processes to manage risks and support compliance with laws and regulations.
Assess the design and operating effectiveness of controls and identify control gaps.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop pragmatic and timely remediation plans. Monitor progress and validate the closure of actions to ensure effective remediation.
Develop insightful risk reporting on assurance outcomes. Translate complex findings into meaningful narratives that support informed decision-making.
Engage with stakeholders across the organisation, build constructive relationships, and influence positive risk and compliance outcomes for TLC through education, collaboration, and challenge.
What You'll Bring
Strong understanding of risk and compliance practices and a commercial approach to risk management.
Ability to communicate control gaps and recommend practical improvements.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills and a drive for continuous improvement.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
