Our key services include systems and network integration, IT infrastructure support, web development, and job-oriented IT training programs. We proudly serve clients such as NSW Police, Qantas Airways, the Australian Taxation Office, and various SMEs across Australia. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented Computer Network and Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team. Job Description: As a Computer Network and Systems Engineer, you will play an essential role in designing, implementing, and maintaining IT infrastructure to support our service delivery and training operations. You will work closely with other technical staff to ensure our systems remain secure, reliable, and efficient, both internally and for client engagements. Key Responsibilities: System Design & Development: Design and implement tailored IT infrastructure and systems to meet internal and client needs. Network Optimization: Monitor, manage, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN systems to ensure performance and reliability. System Integration: Implement system upgrades and integrations aligned with client requirements and internal objectives. Technical Support: Provide tier-2 and tier-3 support for complex technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime. Installation & Maintenance: Set up and manage physical and virtual servers, networks, and desktop environments. Security Management: Ensure the security of data and network access through firewalls, secure protocols, and best practices. Documentation: Maintain system configuration documentation, network diagrams, and change management records. Access Control: Configure and maintain user roles, permissions, and system access policies. User Training: Deliver technical training and mentoring to junior staff and individuals enrolled in our training programs. Qualifications and Experience: A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a network/system engineering or similar IT infrastructure role. Strong experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and network security tools. In-depth understanding of network protocols, VPNs, and security configurations. Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux server environments. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS and virtualization technologies like VMware or Hyper-V. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
