The Digital Transformation Manager will proactively manage key projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, to budget and deliver against key objectives. This role serves as a key BizTX point of contact for the business to bring in new ideas and drive adoption of technology.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive and manage the execution of transformation programs, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
* Manage day‐to‐day operations within Business Application team.
* Manage local IT Budget and Control
* End to end project management for developing strategies and implementing IT applications to support business needs.
* Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to identify process improvements and drive operational efficiencies by technology.
* Perform initial business analysis in conjunction with the Business and BizTX and prepare recommendations and business plans as needed.
* Monitor and track program progress, identify risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
* Provide guidance and support to project teams, ensuring the successful delivery of key milestones and outcomes.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement and change management, promoting the adoption of new processes, tools, and technologies.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
* Bring in new ideas and technology innovation to create positive impacts to the organization.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Computer science, or related fields.
* 10 years of experience in complex project or program management
* Proven records in in SAP, or large‐scale ERP and its system Integration Implementation.
* Strong technical skills in Ms. SQL, System Integrations and Database Management.
* Knowledge of e‐Commerce, website, digital experiences is a plus.
* Proven IT Program or Project Management skills.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and engage stakeholders.
* Strong resilience and agility with the ability to work in a fast‐paced environment and able to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
* Experience in consulting and leading application projects within FMCG would be highly desirable.
* Flexible to occasionally work outside working time zone when required.
