Job Description
The ideal candidate will manage and coordinate testing programs for all vehicle development projects. This includes lab testing, full-vehicle crash testing, and ensuring maximum efficiency in the test plan process.
Qualifications:
* Hold a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
* Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in an engineering testing environment.
Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of experienced engineers across the Body/Chassis Test Lab and Crash Barrier facilities.
* Work closely with stakeholders to deliver efficient and effective testing plans.
* Research and evaluate new technologies to improve testing capabilities.
