Job Description
* Handle Reservation/Booking, Ticket Sales, Information, and Passenger Operations (Check-in, Manifest preparation) services with a warm and friendly demeanor.
* Calculate fares, arrange routes based on passenger requests, provide schedule and fare information, and coordinate throughout the passenger journey. Issue tickets for both domestic and international flights, and handle processes such as Endorsement, Rerouting, and ticket returns.
* Report and register operational income, costs, financing, and financial statistics in relevant IT systems like SAP, ERP, and DOP.
Desired Skills & Experience
* Bachelor's degree or high school graduation.
* Reside permanently in the respective country (work permits not provided).
* At least 1 year of experience in civil aviation or tourism.
* Ability to perform well under pressure.
* Excellent English proficiency.
* Flexibility to work when needed.
* Team player with the ability to work independently.
* Effective multitasking skills.
* Knowledge of major Computer Reservations Systems (experience with Troya or Quickres is a plus).
* Strong oral and written communication skills.
* Responsibility and decision-making capabilities.
