Job Description

* Support in recruitment activities (CV screening, candidate outreach, interview scheduling)
* Updating and managing HR databases and archives
* Participatein organizational analysis,data and information collection
* Supporting the onboarding process for new hires
* Assisting in the coordination of internal training (logistics, scheduling, collecting feedback)
* Providing support in the preparation of employment documents and internal communications
* Participating in cross-functional HR projects (welfare, employer branding, internal surveys, etc.)

Qualifications

* Fluent in English (preferred Mother tongue)
* Attention to detail, confidentiality, and precision
* Ongoing or recently completed degree in fields such as Economics, Law, Political Science, or Statistic.
(Preferred Master's degrees: Economics, Marketing and Communication)
* Strong interest in "People field" and eagerness to learn
* Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
* Good command of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
