PRIMARY OBJECTIVE
Deliver targeted customer education and behaviour change initiatives that improve water and electricity literacy across the Northern
Territory.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The "WHAT" to be delivered
* Lead the development, coordination and targeted delivery of school-based education programs, including That's My Water!, That's My
Water! Bush Schools and That's My Power!, across the Northern Territory.
* Deliver engaging education sessions and translate water and electricity concepts into clear, practical messaging for students, teachers
and the broader community to support behaviour change.
* Manage and optimise external consultants supporting program delivery, including defining scopes of work, monitoring performance and
reducing overall reliance on outsourced delivery.
* Establish and maintain effective relationships with schools, government agencies and community stakeholders to support program
uptake, relevance and long-term impact.
* Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of behaviour change initiatives that enhance water and electricity literacy and
support sustainable resource use.
* Monitor, evaluate and report on program outcomes, using insights to refine delivery approaches and demonstrate value in line with
Customer Experience Strategy objectives.

SELECTION CRITERIA
Qualification and Skills Experience
Essential • Mandatory minimum 3 or 4 year Science or • Experience delivering education, engagement or
