The Opportunity
Our Asset Care team is growing, and we are looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Technician to execute the Maintenance Program, ensuring that our plant wide assets are safe and reliable, whilst identifying operational improvement opportunities to optimise performance.
What you'll be doing
* You'll be working with the latest, state-of-the-art equipment in our brand new facility.
* Deliver all scheduled maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and execution of maintenance days.
* Advanced mechanical fault finding and problem-solving skills
* Assist in preventative maintenance shutdowns to rebuild equipment to delivered standard.
* Operational improvement through the evaluation and implementation of automation and process control.
* Performs checks to ensure beverage and packaging equipment are in spec and set up correctly.
Experience that you will bring
To enable you to hit the ground running, we're looking for someone is outcome focused with a positive can-do attitude as well as :
* Certificate or Trades qualification in Mechanical.
* Subject matter expert in higher order problem solving.
* Good communication skills and the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
* A proactive mindset and results-driven attitude.
* FMCG beverage manufacturing (desirable).
