Design & Build has partnered with an Australian-owned builder that specialises across an array of projects including Residential Medium-Density, Commercial New Build, Refurbishments, High End Residential and more.
Due to their continued success across VIC, they are on a growth journey and have a fantastic opportunity for a Site Supervisor to join their team and assist in the delivery of residential projects in the Horsham region of VIC.
Responsibilities
* Running the entire lifecycle of the build from early works through to lock up.
* Managing day-to-day construction process.
* Keep regular, weekly contact with the client.
* Leading and managing a team of qualified subcontractors.
* Liaising with external trades, labour, and supply-chain.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years' experience as a Foreman/Supervisor in the residential construction market.
* Previous experience in Medium Density is highly regarded.
* Relevant trade qualifications - carpentry or building ideally.
* Demonstrated experience managing multiple sites.
* Excellent communication and time management skills.
* Must have a valid driver's licence.
