Join a fast-growing, dynamic topsoil and organics business servicing major civil, environmental, and rehabilitation projects across Victoria. We're looking for a motivated Sales Lead to drive growth, build strong client relationships, and expand our market presence.
About the Role
* Generate new business across civil construction, landscaping, rehabilitation, and commercial sectors
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
* Conduct site visits, create quotes and proposals, and follow up leads
* Valid driver's licence required for conducting site visits
* Assist with marketing, social media, and branding to grow GSS's presence
* Identify new opportunities and contribute to strategic growth plans
About You
* Strong sales or business development background
* Minimum 1-2 years of sales or business development experience required
* Confident communicator who builds rapport easily
* Self-driven, organised, and results focused
* Industry experience (soil, organics, civil, ag or environmental) is highly regarded
* Experience in soil, organics, civil, agriculture or environmental industries is essential
* Australian citizenship required
