SkyCity is now looking for a Hospitality Scheduler and Workforce Planner to join the team.
**So, what does the role look like?**
You will work in a team to plan and allocate shifts to your 1300+ colleagues across SkyCity Adelaide including both hospitality and food and beverage portfolios. You will also support your colleagues with their rosters when necessary. You will ensure your rosters are in line with our Enterprise Agreement and you will work hard to ensure they are posted well in advance. While the role is primarily a Monday-Friday position, there may be an occasional weekend or Public Holiday shift required
**What you will look like?**
You will be a true team player, your communication skills will be second to none and you will possess exceptional customer service skills. You will be confident working your way around an electronic rostering system (Kronos/Virtual Roster) and have an ability to interpret relevant Acts and Agreements. If you have experience scheduling in a similar setting and have rostered employees in accordance with Enterprise Agreements, we definitely want to hear from you.
