About The Role
As a Department Manager/Coordinator, you\'ll take charge of daily operations, ensuring smooth processes, strong team performance, and a seamless shopping experience. You\'ll be hands-on in leading your team on the floor, managing stock, maintaining merchandising standards, and achieving key business objectives.
