We are seeking a Business Analyst with broad enterprise systems experience and strong discovery, process analysis, and stakeholder engagement capability within an Asset Management environment.
What We're Looking For:
* Understanding of systems and processes relating to land, buildings, leases and property portfolios
* Experience working with physical asset data across the asset lifecycle
* Understanding of operational works planning and delivery
* Understanding of core finance processes such as invoicing, billing, payments and reconciliations
* Power BI dashboard development, data transformation, reporting and business insights
* Sharepoint document management, collaboration, forms, lists, approvals and workflow automation
* Experience with customer request or service management systems
* ESRI/Digital Twin knowledge
* Understanding of how AI can be applied to business processes
