About Training Services NSW
Training Services NSW (TSNSW) leads and manages the implementation of funded vocational education and training programs and services across the NSW training market including contracting and funding providers, quality assurance, leading reforms and administering apprenticeships and traineeships and Aboriginal programs.
About the role
Evaluate and look for areas of opportunity in the existing Continuing Apprentices and Trainees Placement Service (CAPS) managed by Training Services NSW. Support the digitisation of new and existing procedures and IT systems as part of the Customer Service Strategy project. The role supports regional operations through the CAPS and Customer Service Strategy projects.

Essential requirements of the role
5. Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
6. Experience in customer service / IT Systems (highly regarded)
7. Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education
