Key Responsibilities


* Design and implement complex client infrastructure with minimal supervision.

* Troubleshoot and problem-solve across our tech stack – by phone, email, chat, remote login, or onsite.

* Act as a trusted expert and escalation point within our Annuity Services Team.

* Deliver top-notch customer service with advanced technical know-how.

* Mentor junior staff, sharing your deep knowledge and experience.

* A proven track record in senior engineering roles with hands-on experience (ideally 5+ years) in MSP environment).

* Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune,Citrix,Wiindows Server enterprise server hardware backup/storage/virtualisation,networking,cyber security tools.
