About the Role....
* Support participants into sustainable meaningful employment
* Promote participants to employers and meet job placement targets
* Build employer and community networks
* Deliver tailored, person-centred, strength-based support
* Assist with resumes, applications, and interview preparations
* Maintain accurate records and program compliance.
About You.....
We require someone with:
* Cert III in Employment, Community, or Disability Services (or willing to obtain)
* Strong customer service, admin, and communication skills
* Team player with good time management
* Target-driven and adaptable
* Current driver's licence and local travel required.
