Key Responsibilities
* Deliver culturally appropriate primary health care focused on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities
* Support chronic disease management, immunisations, health assessments, wound care, and health promotion
* Collaborate closely with Aboriginal Health Workers and multidisciplinary teams
* Engage with community members to promote wellbeing and preventive health strategies

Qualifications & Experience Required
* Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
* Experience as a practice nurse
* Experience or strong interest in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health
* Current or willingness to obtain National Police Check, Working with Children Check, and Aged Care Screening
* Valid Driver Licence (Class C or equivalent)
* Full Australian working rights
