Boost Juice Livepool – Business Manager
We are seeing and experienced and driven Business Manager to oversee the daily operations and performance of our Boost Juice Liverpool store. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in as fast-paced retail environment and is passionate about people, processes and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee end-to-end store operations
* Manage labour budgets, rosters, and wage compliance in line with targets
* Drive sales growth while controlling costs, wastage, and stock variance
* Lead, train and develop Assistant Managers, Team Leaders, and team members
* Ensure compliance with Boost Standards, food safety, and WHS requirements
* Analyse weekly and monthly performance reports and implement improvements
* Maintain high standards of customer service and store presentation
* Manage stock ordering, stock receiving, stocktakes and COGS in line with targets
* Manage staff recruitment and ongoing mentoring
About You:
* Proven experience as a Business Manager, Area Manager, or Senior Store Manager (QSR or retail preferred)
* Strong understanding of labour control, COGS, and KPI management
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Highly organised with strong attention to details
* Confident managing teams in a high-volume environment
* Flexible to work across different locations when required
