Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Support Engineer for a contract position located on-site in Toorak, VIC. The role involves providing high-level technical and customer support, troubleshooting complex IT issues, resolving system malfunctions, and delivering excellent service to clients. Additional tasks include installing, configuring, and maintaining operating systems and ensuring optimal system performance. This position will require close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders while maintaining a commitment to professional and client-focused support.

Qualifications

* Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and system issues
* Customer Support and Customer Service expertise to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders and deliver exceptional user experiences
* Proficiency in Operating Systems to install, configure, and maintain various computing environments
* Experience in documenting issues and solutions accurately and in a timely manner
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
* Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
* Relevant certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) are a plus
* Familiarity with physical security systems or cybersecurity compliance is advantageous
