This position provides technology leadership within the Public Transport Authority (PTA), overseeing the planning, design, development, implementation, and support of information systems to meet PTA's standards of quality. The role involves guiding teams, translating user requirements into effective solutions, and establishing standard practices that ensure systems are aligned with business needs. By offering technical expertise and direction, the position plays a key role in driving innovation, improving system performance, and supporting the delivery of reliable IT services.

The role promotes knowledge sharing, supports continuity planning, and ensures compliance with PTA's IT service management processes and agreements. It also involves building strong relationships with stakeholders, providing input into business cases, and offering technical expertise on major technology projects. About You
Progress toward or possession of an IT qualification with extensive experience in systems support, programming, rapid application development, web tools, and enterprise CMS.
Strong background in IT Service Management processes and practices, ensuring effective delivery and optimisation of technology solutions.

There is one permanent full-time opportunity available for an immediate start. Applicants assessed as suitable through this process may be used to fill similar vacancies both fixed term and permanent that may arise within the next 12 months.
