About the Role
We are seeking a Digital Marketing & Communications Lead to take ownership of Caledonia Group's digital presence, website performance, and internal and external communications.
This role is not about theory or outsourcing everything to agencies. You will personally manage our website, SEO, digital campaigns, and content, ensuring Caledonia is highly visible in Google search, professionally represented online, and generating quality inbound enquiries that support business development and sales.
Strategic direction is provided by the Leadership Team — your focus is execution, performance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Digital & Website Performance
* Own and manage the Caledonia Group website as a lead‐generation tool
* Drive SEO, keyword optimisation, and Google search performance
* Run and optimise digital marketing campaigns, including Google Ads and geofencing
* Monitor analytics, search trends, and competitor activity
* Improve conversion of website traffic into qualified enquiries and ultimately sales
Content & Brand
* Create and publish practical, industrial‐focused content including service pages, capability and tender support material
* Maintain consistent branding, tone, and messaging across all channels
* Ensure a professional, credible industrial look aligned with Caledonia's services
Communications
* Lead internal communications across the business
* Manage external digital communications, particularly LinkedIn
* Use modern digital and AI tools to improve efficiency, content quality, and insights
* Identify practical AI use cases (content, analytics, tender support) and assist others in their effective use
* Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance with a focus on outcomes
About You
* 5+ years hands‐on digital marketing experience
* Proven experience owning and improving website and SEO performance
* Experience managing Google Ads and digital campaigns
* Comfortable working autonomously and being accountable for results
* Experience in industrial, engineering, construction, or B2B services
* Practical experience applying AI tools in a commercial environment
