We are seeking an experienced professional to lead end-to-end Sale & Purchase Agreement (SPA) advisory engagements for acquisitions or disposals by private equity investors, funds, or strategic corporate clients.
This role requires a strong ability to analyze cash, debt, and working capital adjustments, prepare pricing schedules, review financial aspects of SPA's, and assist with Completion Accounts and Leakage reviews.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Lead SPA advisory engagements from start to finish
* Collaborate with clients, their bankers, legal advisers, and transaction diligence teams
* Analyze financial results and conduct interviews with target management
* Support negotiations with clients
* Work with other teams to deliver integrated client solutions
Requirements:
* At least 5 years of experience in professional services, chartered accounting, or in a corporate finance/M&A role
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, finance, business, or economics
* Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (CAANZ) or equivalent
* Experience in Transaction Diligence or M&A environments, leading multiple engagements and working with senior stakeholders
