Physiotherapy Care Specialist - Women and Children
Southern Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking a skilled Physiotherapy Care Specialist to provide high-quality physiotherapy services to patients in the Women's and Children's Division. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to transform lives through specialized physiotherapy care.
* Provide expert physiotherapy services to patients in the Women's and Children's Division, ensuring timely and quality care.
* Support and supervise junior staff and students allocated to the work area, promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration.
* Develop and review patient information materials to align with the latest evidence and best practices, enhancing patient outcomes and satisfaction.
* Contribute to data collection, audits, and quality improvement activities as directed by clinical lead and AH Manager, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
* Identify, initiate, lead, and contribute to service and quality improvement activities in collaboration with the Clinical Lead and/or AH Manager, fostering a culture of growth and development.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* Experience in training and supervising physiotherapists and students, with a strong track record of developing and mentoring talent.
* Honed physiotherapy skills in clinical assessment and management of women, babies, and children, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care.
* Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
* Experience in developing, implementing, and evaluating physiotherapy services, with a commitment to excellence and innovation.
