About the role
We have a 2 Part-Time opportunity for a Senior Administration Officer to join our Rockingham team on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Business Manager, you\'ll play a key role in ensuring the success of our operations, with the Administration Officer position reporting into the Senior role.
The role is responsible for leading the administration team to provide excellent customer service and administrative support within the facility, including data entry, record maintenance, coordinating meetings, and coaching the wider administrative team to provide a welcoming first point of contact for queries from residents and their families.
The current rosters are:
- Roster 1 - Week 1: Monday, Tuesday and Friday
- Week 2: Tuesday and Friday
- Roster 2 - Week 1: Wednesday and Thursday
- Week 2: Monday, Wednesday and Thursday
About you
The successful candidate will be able to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, with strong Microsoft Office skills and a solutions-focused mindset. You will have outstanding problem-solving abilities and a commitment to accuracy and precise data entry to ensure the smooth operation of the team. In addition, the following is required:
- In-depth experience in a similar, service-focused role
- Well-developed interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Accreditation Quality Standards is desirable
- Microsoft Office expertise at an intermediate level
- National Police Clearance (obtained within the last 6 months)
