Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner (Remote Work / Flexible Hours considered)
Locations: Mildura
Tenure: Full Time or Part Time
Salary: $88,378 - $105,047 (pro-rata for Part Time)

Position Description: Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner (FDRP)
To provide high-quality and inclusive Family Dispute Resolution (FDR) services. This role involves assisting families in developing child-focused parenting and/or property agreements during separation, and completing assessments, providing information, referral, and services to support families through separation.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in community welfare practice (e.g., Social Work, Psychology, Social Science) with experience in family dispute resolution.
* Accredited and registered Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner with the Attorney General's Department.
* Understanding of relevant legislation such as Family Law, family violence, child support, and child protection.
* Current driver's license.
* Willingness to travel and be accommodated overnight if required.
