* Lead technical aspects of project delivery and solution delivery, presenting complex concepts to stakeholders with excellent communication skills.
* Configure Applications, Workflows, and UI using customer-centric interpersonal skills to collaborate in culturally diverse matrixed project teams.
* Bring gravitas to customer meetings and workshops identifying use cases requirements and inputs for successful deployments.
* Contribute innovative ideas on best practices service offerings and implementation methodologies to global teams and product teams.
* Guide and mentor colleagues customers and delivery partners in configuration best practices for ITOM/ITAM/SPM and ITSM application suites.
Key Skills
* A strong understanding of Infrastructure and Operations Management with demonstrated experience in influencing and consulting.
* Experience and Certification in at least three of the following Product areas ServiceNow Administration IT Service Management Hardware Asset Management Software Asset Management Discovery Service Mapping Event Management or Cloud Management.
* Favourable consideration will be given to expertise in ITIL/CMDB implementations ITSM Processes Software Asset Management Infrastructure knowledge Windows Domain and Unix System Administration IT Operations in Enterprise Environments IP Protocols Monitoring tools Integration expertise Automation experience typical tiered application Architectures Cloud Management Platforms Scripting web technology and prior/current technical expertise.
