With global expansion underway and strong inbound demand across ANZ, they are looking for a commercially driven Account Executive to join the
Melbourne
team.

The Opportunity

This role sits within a high-performing commercial function responsible for driving new revenue across mid-market organisations.

Unlike many AE roles, approximately
90% of pipeline is inbound
, supported by marketing and SDR teams, allowing you to focus on consultative selling, product storytelling and closing high-quality opportunities.

You will be joining a global SaaS vendor operating at significant scale, with estimated annual revenues in the tens of millions and strong investment backing to accelerate growth.

What You'll Be Doing

* Own the full sales cycle from discovery through to negotiation and close.
* Engage HR, People leaders and senior stakeholders to understand business challenges and position tailored solutions.
* Deliver compelling product demonstrations aligned to real commercial outcomes.
* Collaborate closely with SDR, Marketing and Customer Success teams to convert inbound demand into revenue.
* Manage pipeline and forecasting with discipline while contributing to a collaborative, high-growth sales culture.
