**The opportunity**
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our progressive Division at a time of growth. As an Operations Team Leader, you will motivate and coach a committed team to achieve outstanding results. With a track record of demonstrated high performance, you will lead with purpose, coach for performance and support your team to meet KPIs.
As an Operations Team Leader, you will be responsible for:
- Leading a team responsible for the delivery of data maintenance, assessment, revenue collection and customer services for one or more legislative acts, rebates or subsidies.
- Resolving enquiries in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner, to prevent duplication and unnecessary rework.
- Creating an environment to assist taxpayers to voluntarily comply with their taxation obligations.
