**Bookkeeper**: 
**The role**: 
This is a super exciting role in which you will be responsible for:
- You will be responsible for assisting with accounts payable and receivable. 
- Perform daily/weekly bank recs for all entities within the organisation 
- Assist with the fortnightly payment runs and overseeing/assisting the AP officer where required. 
- Responsible for maintenance of general ledger in an accurate manner for all entities within the organisation 
- Preparation of fortnightly management reports and dashboards for all the entities within the organisation. 
- Cashflow management & inter entity cash transfers. 
- Ensure appropriate communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders where any queries or disputes may arise. 
- Assist the Finance team with month end process and preparing reconciliations for balance sheet accounts as and when required. 
- Lodgement of monthly/quarterly BASs for the relevant entities. 
- Regular interaction with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. 
- Perform ad hoc finance and accounting tasks as required by senior management. 
- Assist in the completion of ad hoc financial reporting requirements including banking requirements. 
- Assist with the completion of annual financial reports and tax requirements including GST, Income Tax, Land Tax and Work Cover.
**About you**:
- Extensive bookkeeping/accounting experience as well as experience is managing the AP/AR process. 
- Proficiency in the use of Xero. 
- Experience in dealing with multi-entity groups preferable.
