About This Role
Our Corporate Tax team in Sydney is now open to expressions of interest from Managers and Senior Managers who want to balance flexibility and lifestyle with high‐profile client engagements.
You will have a challenging and fulfilling career working with blue‐chip clients in the Sydney market, with the convenience of working from anywhere in Australia. We can also offer part‐time options and other alternative working arrangements – feel free to reach out for a confidential discussion.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage overall client engagement including relationship management, tax compliance and advisory.
* Build client relationships and identify growth opportunities in our clients.
* Involvement in business development opportunities.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives in tax compliance and process‐based activities.
* Provide coaching, support and inspirational leadership to other team members.
Skills and Experience
* University degree in a related discipline such as Accounting, Finance, Business, Commerce, Legal or other relevant professional qualification(s).
* CA, CPA, CTA or other relevant industry accreditation(s).
* Demonstrated experience and technical skills in corporate tax and advisory (ideally in a public practice environment).
* Proactive approach to client relationships and cross‐selling of services, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
* Previous experience leading, coaching and mentoring less experienced team members.
