Key Details: Employment Type: Permanent Full-Time (Part-Time considered) Classification: Staff Specialist Level 1–5 / Senior Specialist Total Package: $305,300 to $404,970 (pro rata) (Includes base salary of $188,151 – $254,198 + attraction and retention incentives, private practice scheme allowance, on-call and education allowances, plus 11.5% super) Generous professional development and education support Well-established multidisciplinary teams with strong clinical governance The Role: You will provide specialist psychiatric care across a range of services, including acute inpatient units, community mental health, forensic settings, and outreach programs.
With a strong focus on recovery-oriented care, this position plays a critical role in supporting clients of all ages, including youth, adults, and older persons.
