The ideal candidate will have general maintenance experience, including painting, plastering, equipment repair and minor plumbing and electrical issues. They will also need to possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively with residents, families and team members.

* Carrying out planned and corrective maintenance and repairs safely and efficiently;

* Assisting with projects and equipment replacement;

* Preparing budgets and managing maintenance resources;

* Current valid drivers' license.

* Valid working rights in Australia (passport, birth certificate etc).

* Complete a police check and/or NDIS workers check.

* Flu vaccination (or willingness to obtain during flu season).
