Measurement of all elements for preparation of cost plan
Pricing of individual items within a cost plan from first principals including market engagement where required
Preparation of cost reports
Assessment of tender returns and preparation of tender recommendation report
Assessment of contractor variations
Assessment of contractor payment claims and preparation of a payment recommendation to the Superintendent
Compilation of benchmarking and market intelligence data
Utilisation of our digital offering, the Hive, for implementation of all deliverables
Qualifications
2–3 years post-graduate experience
AIQS of RICS member or currently on the pathway to membership
Experience in CostX preferred
Experience across the life cycle of projects with experience in pre-contract, procurement, and post-contract activities
