We are seeking a proactive and experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our Gold Coast University Campus. This pivotal role ensures the smooth functioning of the built environment, grounds, and essential services, including but not limited to cleaning, building maintenance, landscaping, fire safety, waste disposal, hygiene, pest control, space utilisation, and other specialist services.
As Facilities Manager, you will lead the transition of newly built and refurbished projects into operational readiness, ensuring seamless integration into day‐to‐day campus life. You will be responsible for the end‐to‐end operational management of all facilities‐related contracts and service providers, maintaining high standards of performance and compliance.

HEW 10 Salary – Base - $142,222.18 + 17% super. Full package - $166,399.96.
