The Role
As Regional Project Manager, you will manage multiple concurrent projects valued up to £75k, ensuring efficient delivery within tight timeframes while maintaining quality and commercial performance.
Based from the Sunbury-on-Thames office, you will travel extensively across the Midlands and North of the UK to oversee project delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing multiple quick-turnaround projects simultaneously
* Ensuring site readiness ahead of installation
* Overseeing installation teams and subcontractors
* Managing quality control and validating progress
* Acting as the primary client contact and first point of escalation
* Maintaining detailed site records and progress updates
* Monitoring timelines, budgets and project margins
* Ensuring full compliance with health & safety standards
This role requires strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
About You
To be successful, you will have:
* Proven experience in a Project Manager role within construction or façades
* Strong knowledge of door automation products
* Previous hands-on installation experience with door automation systems
* Experience managing multiple live projects concurrently
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Strong commercial awareness and margin tracking ability
Essential requirements:
* SMSTS
* CSCS card
* Full UK driving licence
