Job Summary
The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth sales operations. In an AV distribution environment, this role plays a key part in order processing, customer communication, and supporting quotes, pricing, and logistics across a portfolio of professional AV products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks to ensure efficient sales execution
* Prepare and process quotes, and pricing requests accurately and on time
* Coordinate with internal sales desk, warehouses and accounts team to track orders, deliveries, and invoicing
* Maintain customer records, pricing, and product information in the CRM/ERP system
* Act as a point of contact for dealers, integrators, and internal teams regarding order status and basic product inquiries
* Assist with vendor coordination, including product availability, lead times, and promotions
* Support sales forecasting, reporting, and pipeline tracking
* Help organize sales meetings, quarterly sales deck and reports, product trainings, and promotional activities
* Ensure compliance with company policies, vendor agreements, and pricing guidelines
* Resolve routine customer issues and escalate complex matters as needed
* Fulfill sales account management responsibilities on a small group of accounts
Required Skills & Qualifications
* 1–3 years of experience in a sales support, sales coordinator, or customer service role (AV, IT, or distribution experience preferred)
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with CRM/ERP systems is a plus
* Ability to work collaboratively across departments in a fast-paced environment
* Customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving attitude
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in the professional AV industry or technology distribution
* Familiarity with AV products such as displays, projectors, audio systems, control systems, or conferencing solutions
* Understanding of dealer/integrator sales models
