Role Description
We are looking for a skilled Pizza Chef to join our team in a casual, on-site position at our Rozelle, NSW location. The Pizza Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking pizzas, ensuring quality ingredients and food standards are upheld, maintaining hygiene and food safety practices. The role also involves collaborating with the kitchen and beverage team to deliver an exceptional dining experience that complements our craft beverage offerings.
Qualifications
* Proficient in Food Preparation and Cooking techniques with attention to detail and consistent quality
* Strong understanding and practice in Hygiene and Food Safety standards
* Experience working with Food & Beverage pairings to create excellent dining experiences
* Skill in creating and perfecting a variety of Sauces and pizza toppings
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
* Previous experience as a Pizza Chef or in a similar kitchen role is highly desirable
* Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
* Culinary certification or training is a plus
