The Development and Executive Support primary objective is to effectively assist the CEO and management of Development operations of the group, including but not limited to assisting with development approvals, development strategy, feasibility, budgets, internal and external reporting requirements and providing high-level executive support to the CEO in a well-organised and timely manner.
This is a diverse role with opportunities for mentorship and growth within the business arms overall.
**Role and Responsibilities**:
- Provide high-level executive and administrative support to the CEO.
- Act as the initial point of contact between internal and external stakeholders and the CEO.
- Manage the follow-through of rolling actions associated with current projects and deliverables.
- Coordinate requests for information from internal and external stakeholders and provide a professional first point of contact for all enquiries.
- Manage complex and changing diaries, including scheduling, negotiating appointments and meetings and organising associated and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate effective meetings by organising and collating meeting agendas, providing confidential minute-taking and distribution and coordinating follow up actions.
- Assist in undertaking market research and analysis;
- Assist planning, DA submission and approval processes;
- Assist managing project consultants including but not limited to builders, engineers, architects, planners, valuers, quantity surveyors, lawyers, accountants and marketing agencies;
- Assist community consultation and implementing stakeholder engagement processes;
- Assist managing Crown Leasing matters;
- Assist valuation processes for investments and construction funding facilities;
- Assist financial management of development projects;
- Assist and manage implementation of project marketing strategies;
- Assist in liaising with the construction team to ensure coordinated design, efficiency and optimal buildability outcomes;
- Assist with streamlining development teams processes and procedures;
- Assist with monthly reporting including recording all minutes for approval and distribution;
- Other duties as directed by Managing Director or General Manager Developments.
**Skills**:
- Proven past mid to high-level administrative experience;
- Ability to multi-task competing priorities and deadlines;

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Solid organisational skills with the ability to multi-task;
