PTEC Contracting is expanding our workforce at the Kanmantoo Mine, working as a valued contractor to Hillgrove Resources. Due to a surge in site projects, we are actively seeking skilled operators looking for rewarding long-term employment in the mining sector.
PTEC Contracting is seeking an experienced Grader operator to join our team. As an experienced Grader Operator, you will play a vital role in grading and maintaining the mine road network. The role will be a 7on/7off, 12hr shift roster with each shift block rotating Days and Night shift.
Minimum of one years experience with a national accredited Grader ticket prefured.
Duties performed but not limited to:
* Operate a Komatsu grader to mine site standards.
* Maintain haul roads and access roads in active mining areas (under and above ground).
* Road maintenance.
* Build haul roads.
* Bund and catch drain maintenance.
* Trench and culvert repair.
* General earthworks and topsoil reclamation.
* Break up surface with scarifying attachments.
* Ensure all relevant documents are submitted efficiently.
* Able and willing to conduct other tasks when required.
