Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist - $37 p/hrBERESFEILD (MINING DIV) NSW6-9 months contract – possibility for ongoingExciting Opportunity for a Customer Service Specialist who thrives on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving operational excellence.PERSOLKELLY has partnered with Fuchs Lubricants (Australasia) Pty Ltd, a global industry leader, to support their continued expansion. We are looking for a Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist who is passionate about providing outstanding customer solutions and ensuring seamless operational support.This is your chance to take ownership of customer relationships, streamline order management, and enhance overall service efficiency in a fun and collaborative environment!About the RoleReporting to the Sales Operations Team Leader, you will be the primary contact for both internal and external customers. You will handle inquiries, manage customer orders, and provide technical support, ensuring all interactions are professional, timely, and solution-focused.You will also play a key role in onboarding new prospects and supporting the sales team with data-driven insights.Daily responsibilities will include:Respond to customer inquiries via multiple channels such as Esker, Web Shop, Mobile App, Telephone, Email, EDI, providing accurate information and resolving issues effectively.Assist the Sales Team in building and maintaining strong customer relationships by proactively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and addressing their concerns.Liaise with transport providers to track shipments, handle missing freight cases, and manage damage-in-transit claims.Collaborate with the Operations & Credit Team to resolve payment issues, ensuring seamless delivery of products.Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and environmental management systems.Ensure adherence to Chain of Responsibility (CoR) obligations regarding transport compliance and safety.About You:• Proven experience in a customer service role, within a blue collar or transport culture• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
